 SF-DGW型耐高温离心风机

风机特点：
    耐高温离心风机是我公司与各大窑炉公司、陶瓷设计院共同研制成功开发产品，为我司特色产品之一（专利产品）。台湾规格设计，叶轮采取模具冲压成S型，有圆钢拉杆支撑，稳定性高不易变形有风量大，静压适中，低噪音，耐高温之优势；风机轴承座采用我司专有设计的产品-顺锋牌SF优质水冷和油冷轴承座，以能确保风机轴承在不同高温情况下长期运行；同时风叶与轴承座一体传动设计安装，通过散热耐高温层保护，风机有效地提高风机耐高温和安装维修方便特点;在实际使用中达到了即满足性能要求，又节能高效，噪音低，运转平稳，维护方面得到非常满意的口碑。
    我司根据客户使用场合不同，我可设计高中低压不同的耐高温风机，出口可按可配有风门调节风量。

Fan characteristics:

It is one of our special products (patented products). Taiwanese specification design, impeller adopts die stamping into S-shaped, with round steel tie rod support, high stability, not easy to deform, large air volume, moderate static pressure, low noise, high temperature resistance advantages; fan bearing base adopts our company's exclusive design products - Shunfeng brand SF high-quality water-cooled and oil-cooled bearing base, to ensure long-term operation of fan bearing under different high temperature conditions; at the same time, wind blade and bearing seat one Body transmission design and installation, through the protection of heat dissipation and high temperature resistant layer, the fan effectively improves the fan's high temperature resistance and easy installation and maintenance characteristics; in practical use, it meets the performance requirements, energy-saving and high efficiency, low noise, stable operation, maintenance has been very satisfactory reputation.
Our company can design high, medium and low pressure high temperature resistant fans according to customers'different use occasions. The outlet can adjust the air volume according to the air valve.
