公司与四川大学国家烟气脱硫工程技术研究中心联合研发的新型低温脱硝催化剂,是具有独立自主知识产权的低温催化剂制备技术。该催化剂可以解决现阶段高温催化剂起化温度高的缺陷,能够在130-180℃温度范围内达到80%以上的脱硝效率,降低了能耗,配合催化法烟气脱硫技术使用,解决了传统催化剂要求反应温度高、抗氧硫中毒能力低、稳定性差等缺点,符合当前环保产业发展趋势。作为新开发技术,作为一种新型低温催化法还原脱除NOx技术,其适应性强,对低浓度到中高浓度含NOx烟气均有较高脱除率;性价比高,高稳定性保证了长寿命,相应减少了后续投入成本;无二次污染物产生,符合国家关于绿色生产的相关法律法规。综合看来,本技术应用前景广阔,是具有极大环境价值和环境效益的新型脱硝技术。
Guohua jointly developed Low-Temperature Selective Catalytic Reduction Denitration Catalyst with Sichuan University Flue Gas Desulfurization National Engineering Research Center, owns independent intellectual property rights on low temperature catalyst preparation technology. The new catalyst could solve the disadvantage of high catalyst reaction temperature, could achieve 80% Desulfurization efficiency in the range of 130-180
, greatly reduced power consumption. In the meantime, integrate with Catalysis Flue Gas Desulfurization Technology, solved the issues on high reaction temperature; low sulfur antioxidant poisoning capacity and lack of reliability, in line with the current environmental protection industry development trend. As new developed technology, as new type of low temperature catalytic reduction of NOx removal technology, Strong Flexibility, could be adopted into efficient removal of low & high NOx concentration tail gas; Cost-effective, high reliability to ensure the long lifetime, and consequently reduced subsequent operation cost; No secondary pollutants, in line with national relevant laws and regulations on green production. Generally speaking, the denitrtion technology has high economic and environmental efficacy, it should be used by numbers of industrial enterprises, has wide application prospect.
