滚筒筛由机架上的滚轮支撑；滚筒内侧的筛网是分块拼装，用法兰和螺栓固定连接；减速电机通过滚轮传动来驱动滚筒。基座配有支撑转座、导向座、电机座，用以支撑主机机架；而且进料斗、出料斗和外罩连结在一体，结构坚固。外罩为了确保转动 部分的安全和防止灰尘飞扬。通过滚筒旋转上升将不同大小的物料通过大小不同筛网孔落入相应料斗内。
