Bag Filter
【基本说明】：
袋式过滤器一种结构新颖、体积小、操作简便灵活、节能、高效、密闭工作、适用性强的多用途过滤设备。袋式过滤器内部由金属网篮支撑滤袋，液体由入口流进，经滤袋过滤后从出口流出，杂质拦截在滤袋中，更换滤袋后可继续使用。
Basic Specification:
Bag filter is a multi-purpose with novel structure, small volume, easy to operate, energy-saving, high efficiency, closed operation and strong applicability. The inner of the bag filter is supported by a metal mesh basket, and the liquid flows in from the inlet, then flows out from the outlet and the filtration is completed. The impurities are intercepted in the filter bag, and the filter can continue to use by replacing the filter bag.
【结构及工作原理】：
袋式过滤器是一种压力式过滤装置，主要有过滤筒体、过滤筒盖和快开机构、不锈钢滤袋加强网等主要部件组成。
滤液由过滤器外壳的旁侧入口管流入滤袋，滤袋本身是装置在加强网篮内，液体渗透过所需要细度等级的滤袋即能获得合格的滤液，杂质颗粒被滤袋拦截。该机更换滤袋十分方便，过滤基本无物料消耗。
Structure and working principle:
Bag filter is a kind of pressure filter device, which mainly consists of filter cylinder body, filter cylinder cover, quick opening mechanism, stainless steel filter bag reinforcement net and other main components.
The filtrate is flowed into the filter bag by the side inlet pipe of the outer covering. The filter bag itself is installed in the reinforcing basket. The qualified filtrate can be obtained by the filter bag with the required fineness grade for liquid penetration, and the impurity particles are intercepted by the filter bag. It is very convenient to replace the filter bag, and basically no material consumption during filtration process.

● Petrochemical industry: filter lubricants, petroleum products, such as separation of benzene polymers, recovery of catalysts, catalytic slurry filtration;
● Coating: electrophoretic paint filtration, ultrafiltration protection filtration, filtration in degreasing process, filtration of phosphating liquid;
● Food and beverage: use carbon to intercept sugar ink and filter aid, edible oil
● Paper making, high pressure cleaning, electronics, plating, etc.
